abu8 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the abu8 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). abu8 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of this platform, you will be considered to have unconditionally accepted these terms. abu8 reserves the right to change these terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after updated terms are published, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms as well.

These terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall apply.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to participate on the abu8 platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. abu8 may request identity documents or other proof at the time of registration or at any time to verify your age.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When registering, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Use an active mobile number or email address.
• Choose a strong and unique password.
• Each person may create only one account.

2.3 One Account Policy

Only one abu8 account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, from the same IP address, or using the same payment method is prohibited. Violating this policy may result in all associated accounts being closed and all funds forfeited.

3.1 Security Responsibility

The security of your abu8 account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party. Report any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach to the abu8 support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Information

It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If there are any changes to your name, contact details, or payment information, update them in your account settings immediately or contact the support team.

3.3 Account Verification

abu8 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until the verification process is complete. The following documents may be requested:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• A utility bill or bank statement as proof of current address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available on the abu8 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Transactions via any method not listed here are not accepted.

4.2 Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Account holders must use a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts, credit cards, or unknown sources are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account may be suspended.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any foreign currency are not possible on the abu8 platform.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A bonus of up to 120% — up to ৳10,000 — is available on your first deposit at abu8. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳18,000 gives you the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus winnings, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example, ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Restrictions on specific games or categories may apply when using a bonus.
• abu8 reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
• abu8 may cancel any bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse.
• Using the same bonus across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Game Operation

All games on abu8 are operated through software from designated technology providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. abu8 reserves the right to set betting limits for any account.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, abu8 reserves the right to review the outcome of the relevant round or session. If a bet is not successfully completed, the amount will be refunded. abu8 is not responsible for any loss caused by an internet disconnection.

6.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the odds on all bets are subject to change. Confirmed bets will be considered final after the result of the match or event is announced. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abu8 platform:

• Any form of fraud, cheating, or unfair practice.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Impersonating any abu8 employee or representative.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

In any circumstance, abu8's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

If you continue to use the platform after updated terms are published, it will be assumed that you have accepted the new terms. The latest terms will always be available on this page.

11.1 Account Closure

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may contact the support team at any time to request closure of your account. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed, provided all rules have been followed.
